The parking situation could use some serious reworking!!! With limited options, you could find yourself circling for ages. Plus, the sound insulation needs improvement, you can hear everything outside!!! There's no exhaust fan in the bathroom, and a lacking dresser space is inconvenient!!!

Room lacks a coffee maker, which is often a convenience even in basic lodgings, and the 'balcony' is just a walkway facing other rooms rather than a private spot.
